Deep Creek gets creative for their first Brut IPA. They decided to make it truly "Brut" and fermented it with Chardonnay grape juice. The result is a straw coloured, very dry IPA with low bitterness but heaps of fruity hop character. All of that on top of a dry white wine body and tang. Drinks like a pale ale but sits at 6.9% ABV. Wrooom!
