Single vineyard, single varietal. An intense garnet red with deep black hues, the aromas are subtle and delicate, with notes of red fruits and refreshing spices. Enticing notes of green pepper are suitably subtle, and there's a wonderful balance to the palate. With 18 months in barrels and Fudres of French oak, tannins are nice and firm without being overly hard. Great wine with a cellaring potential of 10-15 years.
