Tropical and expressive, the nose dominated by nectarines. There’s a fine line of bright acidity owing to the absence of malolactic. Concrete tanks dominant with a small amount of oak used. This is ‘oak light’ in style, Chablis inspired. The palate is lean and chalky with a mineral edge, behind that a touch of warmth, this is Chardonnay grown in the dessert after all. Fruit for this comes from Gualtallary & El Peral, Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Mendoza.
